Our commitment to continuous MEPG services, operating round the clock, 365 days a year, including holidays, underscores our dedication to ensuring optimal functionality of 21 DHQ and THQ Hospitals since the project’s inception on December 15th, 2023.

With a strategic deployment of over 150 skilled personnel, we guarantee seamless operational management, ensuring uninterrupted MEPG services and enhancing the reliability of healthcare facilities.
Our team of 21 dedicated site engineers stationed at each hospital swiftly addresses daily MEPG challenges, minimizing disruptions and fostering confidence among hospital staff and patients.
Meticulous inventory management of spare parts across all hospitals minimizes downtime by facilitating timely access to essential components, thereby optimizing equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Empowering hospital staff with comprehensive toolkits enables them to conduct routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs independently, promoting autonomy and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Prioritizing the safety and well-being of our workforce, we provide uniforms, safety gear, identification cards, and PPEs to all staff deployed at hospitals, emphasizing their proper usage and fostering a secure and professional environment conducive to effective service delivery.

Embarking on a groundbreaking initiative, ARAR Innovations stands as a trailblazer in hospital infectious waste management across Pakistan. Partnering with the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department – Govt. of Punjab, we are proud to announce our latest endeavor: spearheading Hospital Infectious Waste Management services for 49 prestigious Tertiary Care / Teaching Hospitals throughout Punjab.

Set to commence in January 2024, this service-based project marks a five-year commitment to delivering excellence in waste management. Aligned with the exacting standards set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Environmental Protection Agency’s Hospital Waste Management Rules 2014, our services ensure uncompromising quality and compliance.

Our holistic approach covers every facet of waste management, from staff training to collection, storage, transportation, and final disposal. With efficiency at the core, we leverage 12 disposal/incineration sites managed by the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, utilizing a fleet of 11 dedicated vehicles to seamlessly transport waste from all 49 hospitals.

Training is paramount to our mission, with mandatory sessions designed to instill a culture of professionalism and adherence to standard operating procedures among hospital staff.

Our workforce comprises over 450 meticulously trained individuals deployed across the network of hospitals, ensuring the timely and compliant execution of waste management tasks.

At the forefront of innovation, we introduce HIWMIS, a cutting-edge software solution revolutionizing data management. Through live dashboards, stakeholders gain real-time insights into field operations, empowering informed decision-making and efficient monitoring.

In collaboration with the Government of Punjab, ARAR Innovations takes pride in pioneering centralized and standardized hospital waste management services. Together, we usher in an era defined by efficiency, compliance, and environmental stewardship in healthcare waste management.

ARAR Innovations (Pvt.) Ltd. has been diligently managing services and operations for the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department of the Government of Punjab since 2017. Our ongoing project focuses on Hospital Infectious Waste Management Services across all 36 districts of Punjab, covering a network of 161 hospitals, including Non-Teaching District Headquarter Hospitals and Tehsil Headquarter Hospitals.

Initiated in November 2017, our Hospital Waste Management Services (HWMS) project has successfully implemented WHO, Environment Protection Department, and Hospital Waste Management Rules, 2014 standards across 160+ hospitals. We oversee HWM operations, including collection, storage, transportation, and disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in each hospital under the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department.

Operating and maintaining 26+ incinerators and incineration sites throughout Punjab, we uphold the highest standards of waste disposal. Our fleet of 37 purpose-built refrigerated yellow vehicles, equipped with ultra-modern online tracking devices, ensures the safe and efficient transportation of infectious waste, monitored through geo-fencing technology.

With over 8000+ training sessions conducted, we’ve trained over 1,000,000 individuals, including doctors, nurses, and other staff, on Hospital Waste Management protocols. A dedicated team of 850+ trained staff manages collection and incineration operations across all 161 hospitals, supported by back-end officials overseeing operational affairs.

Leveraging state-of-the-art waste management software, we’ve digitized the entire process, enabling online monitoring, updating, and data recording from collection to disposal in real-time. Through our efforts, over 9+ million kilograms of infectious hospital waste have been collected and incinerated in a scientific and traceable manner.

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, our frontline warriors have collected and incinerated over 950,000+ kilograms of contagious infectious waste from corona patients, ensuring the safety of healthcare workers and the public. ARAR Innovations remains committed to pioneering advancements in infectious waste management, safeguarding public health and environmental integrity across Punjab’s healthcare landscape.
